All Pro Realty was one of the very first real estate websites nationally in the early ‘90s. Our Broker Rhonda McMillan and her partner (since retired) Rita Echols were pioneers when it came to selling real estate over the Internet. After a couple of years of having their website hosted on shared domains and servers they purchased the GoAllPro.com domain and set up their first dedicated server.
Rhonda was never pleased with the available Client Resource Managers for her website. She felt as though none of them delivered what was promised, were too expensive and were far too complicated to train Agents to use effectively. So she asked her husband Mack (also a REALTOR®) to program a Custom MLS with a Client Resource Manager that would work, save time, manage leads and had a short learning curve for Agents. In early 2000 Mack began piecing together what is now known industry wide as the UltimateIDX™.
After receiving many requests for a similar IDX system Rhonda formed a Missouri corporation in 2006 to provide custom IDX Systems to other REALTORS®. Since that time the UltimateIDX™ has slowly spread across the nation and is now available in multiple MLS markets.
Rhonda is in the trenches on a daily basis and understands what it takes to survive in today’s competitive market place in the real estate industry. As CEO of the UltimateIDX™ she continues to push the envelope on technology and keeps her staff constantly adding features and upgrading the system.
